I am a recently qualified teacher and have now been teaching for two years and have completed my Recently Qualified Teacher Qualification through he RSA. In my spare time I enjoy playing sport and I have an interest in archaeology.

I have been teaching for 28 years. I specialise in History and Geography and I try to travel whenever possible as I am curious about people and places.

I joined the Church Hill Middle School team in September 2017 as a Year 6 teacher and SEND Co. I have previously taught in 3 different schools and in a variety of year groups.  I feel privileged to work with young people and their families, and I enjoy the fact that no two days are ever the same!

I have two children of my own who keep me very busy!  If I have a few spare minutes, a cup of tea with a good book is just bliss.  A visit to the theatre with family or friends is a real treat!​

I began my teaching career working in a secondary school in West Bromwich. In 2005 I became Head of Physical Education at Church Hill Middle School, a year 8 class teacher and responsible for woodwork/resistant materials within the school. I love spending time with my family and experiencing new places abroad.

I specialise in French and Russian, and I have taught English in three countries abroad before becoming a teacher of foreign languages. In my spare time I like horse riding and visiting new cities.

I joined Church Hill Middle School in September 2018. I particularly love teaching English and enjoy reading. In my spare time I like to keep active, spend time with my family and visit new places.

Mrs. L. Langford – Maths Intervention Teacher


I now specialise in mathematics intervention, having previously taught across the primary age range in several schools. I am an accredited Professional Development Lead with the NCETM. I love teaching maths and enabling children to become confident mathematicians. In my spare time I enjoy walking and running the Malvern Hills and spending time with my family.

I joined Church Hill Middle School in September 2018 as a Year 6 teacher. In my spare time I enjoy walking in the Lake District with my family and our dog.

Miss C. Yeomans – Year 5 Teacher


I joined Church Hill in June 2018. In my spare time, I enjoy going on long walks, listening to a variety of music and completing all sorts of arts and crafts.

Mr. M. O’Neill – KS2 & 3 Teacher

I have been a teacher for twenty three years and have worked in a variety of settings. Outside of school I enjoy getting out and about. I have a camper van and three motorbikes which I use to explore the beautiful country that we live in. I also enjoy travelling further afield, when I get the chance.  At home I enjoy working on my garden, listening to music and reading.

Since joining the team at Church Hill, I have had the opportunity to work in key stage 2 and 3, supporting children to develop their English skills.  When I am not at work, I am a busy mum of three children and enjoy time with my family.  I also enjoy walking, arts and crafts, cookery, ukulele, cinema…whatever time will allow!
