Showcase day! All pupil’s parents were invited into school to experience the learning that their children had been engaged in for the last term – an incredible day, full of energy, pride and pssion!

Thanks for coming in, hope you had as much fun as we did and that you learnt a lot!!

We paid our respects to all of our armed fores by paying our respects with a World War 1 Remembrance day.

On Friday 9th November, the whole school took part in a day to commemorate the centenary of the end of World War 1 and the Armistice.  Many activities took place such as drama workshops, art, discussions and assemblies in which the pupils were able to explore what happened and why, and empathise with those who were there. It was amazing to hear the pupils’ viewpoints of the event and fascinating to hear about some of their families’ own experiences and memories.

We held our own MacMillan coffee morning for all of our friends and family – we ate a LOT of cake and raised a LOT of money!
